Studentcaravan

Walls and roof are insulated, double glass everywhere, bathroom, kitchen and a 140 by 200 cm bed. Iron plates on the roof and long sides. Price 25.600 € excl VAT and transport. There are building sites anywhere in or near town centres that are not being used at the moment. If the City or town prepares the site (bring electricity, internet, water etc.) and does the paperwork, the students (or their parents) buy the caravans. This way the student has a comfortable place to live and his money is well invested. Whenever the student has finished his studies he/she can sell the caravan to another student or put it in grandma’s back yard. When necessary the caravans can easily be moved. And they look a hell of a lot better then those ugly containers!
