Build a tiny house

If you can design and build gypsy caravans then it is not too complicated to build a beautiful and practical tiny house. All drawings are ready and approved by experts and in a couple of months the first one should be ready. We will probably park it near the town of Utrecht. At the flat mansarde roof there is room for solar panels and maybe we can collect rainwater there too. Individual wishes are possible. 1 or 2 meter longer isn’t a problem as long as it fits on a truck. Under the roof above the kitchen is a mezzanine and we can put in a second mezzanine if you need that. The base is a steel frame that we can replace by a trailer.
Other options are classic blinds/shutters, wood carved roof supports or fancy wood panelling inside.
The first datcha is at our place in Ajoux in the French Ardeche. She can be visited by appointment. Also this charming house is for rent in the summer. See holiday in the Ardèche.
The small datcha has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom in between, a large living room with kitchen and a large balcony that is part of the living room in the summer.
Datcha and Tiny House are double-walled and well insulated and all windows and doors are double glazed. Stairs, balcony floors, pillars, doors, window frames and shutters are made of oak, the rest is good quality pine. Building this kit took 3 people a week. The following datchas will even be built faster.
The datcha on the photos is now for sale and costs 45,000 euros without VAT. For a completely new one you have to count on 65,000 euros without VAT.
The Datcha de Luxe comes fresh from the drawing board and is 12.50 m wide and 8.40 m deep. Living room and kitchen together measure almost 19 m² and feature classic paneling from the floor to the ceiling. The luxurious bathroom is 7 m² and the bedrooms are 10 m² on average. Because we design modularly, your datcha can easily be made larger or smaller.
